It’s time, once again, to prepare for our Annual Christmas in New Carlisle Arts & Crafts show which will be held on Sunday, December 1, 2019 from 11:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. EST. The event will be held at the New Carlisle Fire Station, 204 E. Michigan Street, New Carlisle.

If you are a returning vendor, we must have your application returned no later than October 14. After that time, we will offer unused spaces to new vendors waiting to join us. We also have a limited number of tables that we can offer for your use. If you have your own tables, we would appreciate it if you would bring them along.

Participants can begin setting up at 9:00 a.m. You will not be allowed access to the building prior to 9:00 a.m. so please plan accordingly. There will be no exceptions.

You may unload on the east side of the fire station but you must move your vehicle as soon as you are done. Absolutely no vendor parking will be permitted on the east side of the fire station during the show. This is for fire department personnel only. Parking is available on side streets, on the east side of the Kelly Building and in the public lot next to the post office.

We have increased the cost of the booth space to $35 per space as we are eliminating the raffle table. The check-in location will be located toward the rear of the fire station in the enclosure. Please let us know when you arrive.
